Updating Pinly

Pinly checks for updates every time Revit starts, before the add-in loads. You must have signed in at least once for the check to run.

When an update is available, the **Updater** window shows the new version and its release notes.

1. Click **Update**. Progress is shown as a percentage; **Cancel** stops it.
2. When it finishes, click **Go to work**. The new version runs in this Revit session.

If you close the window instead, Revit starts with your current version and the update is offered again next time.
